Why not just hire a Designer and Developer in-house?
This is a great question—in the current job market, the average salary for a Senior Level Designer is $100,000 and for a Web Developer it is $80,000. That comes out to a whopping $180,000 a year, not including benefits! You are also paying them when there might not be a lot of work to do, therefore wasting money. With any subscription that we offer, you can pause and resume the subscription on a monthly basis at anytime to insure that you are only paying when there is work to be done.
How does the web refresh work?
Once you fill out the "Get a Refresh Form" above and have completed the first payment, you will receive a Trello board invite at same email used in checkout. From there, you can track the website’s refresh progress so just sit back, relax and watch us work. Here's what we will do—we will take all the website content and images from your current website and use them to completely redesign and develop your new website. There won't be any new pages added, and all the website content and images will be placed in the same pages as they were previously—"a re-fresh”. If you want to make any additional Web requests or want any Design work done we suggest using our Design + Web subscription instead. Upon completion, you will be placed on the Upkeep Plan for $500/month which includes: Hosting, Maintenance, SEO, and 2 Web requests per month. If you want unlimited design requests or unlimited web requests then please subscribe to the Design + Web subscription.
Priced at $495/month The Upkeep plan includes: Hosting, Maintenance, SEO Optimization and unlimited revision/update requests per month. This plan will be activated if you have a website created by us and decide you want to pause or cancel your subscription. Once you decide to resume your subscription you will be discounted the $495 for that month.

How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a monthly period. For example, if you start the service on Jan 1, and then decide to pause your subscription during January, at the end of the billing cycle—on Feb 1—the subscription will be paused and you will not be charged. However, you can easily resume anytime in the future. When you pause a subscription, any Webflow website hosted by us will continue to be up and running, however no updates will be done to the website until you resume the subscription. Submit a Pause or Resume request using the button in the navigation menu.
At Hyperbole, we make it easy to make requests using Trello. Simply assign a label for the type of request you need -"Design" or "Web” to the Trello card. Keep in mind you will only be allowed to place one of each request type into "In Progress". We offer lots of flexibility, so anything (content, visual references, file, etc) you can link to or upload / share in Trello is a valid way to make your request.
What if I don't like the design or Website?
We will continue to revise your design or website until you are 100% satisfied, Phew!
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
